    I can absolutely see myself staying here for the next 20 years & becoming part of the furniture I enjoy it so much.
    The good thingsThe team I work within at Alfabs is incredible. We work beautifully together to achieve amazing things. My manager gives me the freedom to work independently without looking over my shoulder & trusts me to get the work done. My colleagues are fun to work with but also very good at their jobs so it is a pleasure to work with them. My work life balance has never been this good in any job previously. My hours suit my family & management have always been understanding when I have needed time off for family. Colleagues also band together when one of the team needs support to make sure everyone is OK.
    The challengesSometimes there can be no clear line of command, which can be challenging at times, but communication is key!
