Bunch of cowboys running a get rich quick scheme having done no due diligence on the market.
The good thingsBeing able to get out of the office & meet clients.
The challengesProviding sales reps with existing services training. No support from technical department. Security systems basic knowledge. Internal procedures/documentation required to complete the sales process. A CRM platform to generate quotes. Who our suppliers are. Where to obtain current pricing. A written commission/incentive scheme. What our KPI's are. None of these critical points were ever provided resulting in a self-taught, trial & error, sink or swim reality. GM provides no help just agrees to everything you say, after 2.5 months they fire you thinking someone else might make a difference only to repeat the same process. 5 reps across country were sacked in the 2.5 months I worked there & we only had 6 reps in our team. Absolute waste of 3 months of my life.
