    The good thingsI enjoyed the work itself . That was the only positive.
    The challengesSenior staff that were incompetent, shifts rostered without proper time off in-between. More training would be useful .

    Incredibly challenging workplace that avoids the grievances of its employees as well as the award rate.
    The good thingsThe Job itself is fast paced and enjoyable if you prefer a job where you are outside as opposed to being stuck behind a desk.
    The challengesCan be a very isolating job as you are driving a patrol car and patrolling sites on your own. The isolation is encouraged by management as opposed to being in constant contact with team members. Despite rosters being weekly, rosters constantly come out 2-3 days before the end of the current roster cycle, thus not giving you enough time to plan a personal life around your hours of work. Not getting consistent days off is a regular occurrence, working more than 7 days in a row is common. The management structure has a primary focus on sales, which therefore alienates the needs of the patrol team.
