Really struggled for months on this project, couldn't get work life balance and no tangible support.
The good thingsThe people and site team were great, really tried to pull together and get through the workload. Positive iniatives from the company in terms of gender and ethnic inclusion.
The challengesCapability simply not in place to take on compliance projects with no compromise requirements and lack of understanding of the resource to meet those requirements and the structure.
