Not going to lie, best workplace I have been employed with.
The good thingsI work for River City Labs which is essentially the Brisbane Hub/Office for ACS. For the short amount of time I have been employed here, I can still easily say it has been the best job I have been in. River City Labs has been absolutely pleasant to work at in terms of work environment, support, growth, flexibility and much more! River City Labs Management and Team have been the most empowering, understanding and lean team to work with. I certainly have grown substantially in regards to both personal and professional development. From previously working somewhere with toxic management, it has been nice to know how a business/company should be run/operate and how employees should be respected.
Additionally, I love the work I do! I can't complain at all. The community is great and it's awesome to be involved or even just around such innovative and driven people. Definitely eye opening to see all the opportunities out there for myself!
The challengesAs with any job there are some periods where the job can be a little bit stressful (e.g. event periods) however the team are just amazing and always on top of things.
