    AI summary of recent reviews
Employees at Able Australia consistently praise the clients, describing them as wonderful, engaging, and appreciative. The supportive and caring work environment is highly valued, with colleagues noted as friendly, respectful, and helpful. Staff also appreciate the employee benefits, including store discounts and flexible working arrangements that support work-life balance.

However, there are some potential challenges to consider. Communication from management could be improved, with some employees experiencing unclear messaging and limited follow-up.
