Good to build sales skills,definitely not a forever job.
The good thingsPersonal development is encouraged and the team culture is very strongly aimed at keeping each other accountable to habits and improving oneself.
The challengesIt is extremely high turn over. Maybe 1/10 people actually do well there and then maybe 1/100 do better than they could in a different sales area. There is also a very buttt hurt, everyone who leaves here for another job sucked, we are the best and peak of all sales mentality held by the people who run the office. Think this way the big boss speculatively made around 2million last year, based on word around the office. Go sell software or any mid to high end product and the boss is pulling in more. The more the boss can make, the more everyone else can make.

Insane culture used to trap young people
The good thingsThe people seemed nice
The challengesHad to follow up with the company multiple times to be paid properly. They claim they want to train you and then fire you if you dont perform well enough on day 1. The culture at the company is insane for newcomers and the idea of rapid wealth at a young age is pushed onto people even though it is extremely hard. It was frowned upon if you did not attend company events and wanted your own life. I left a review on google and it was deleted by the company, and I noticed many other stating the same things were also deleted (not all but most). They got their own employees to rate it on google to boost up the rating. The explanation as to what the job is and entails is not described properly on Seek.
