Starts off strong but quickly reveals deep cultural issues with senior leadership.
The good thingsThe onboarding and initial experience feel warm and promising. There are genuinely good, well-intentioned people within the team. Some staff are passionate and really want to make things better. The company could have strong potential if systems and leadership improved.
The challengesMy experience started positively, but it soon became clear that the internal culture is very different from how it first appears. Once inside, you notice consistent issues: low pay, high expectations, shifting narratives, delayed wages, and a tendency to assign blame. There’s a clear gap between what’s promised and what’s actually delivered, both in support and in how success is valued. Training is limited, and there’s a noticeable reluctance to invest in people, which creates unnecessary pressure. For those outside the inner circle, the environment feels even more challenging, with faults often being unfairly assigned. While there are good individuals within the team, the overall leadership approach results in a stressful and inconsistent workplace that makes long-term growth difficult.
