Property Manager | Projects + Portfolio | 3 Month Contract

As we enter an exciting period of change and improvement, we're looking for an experienced Property Manager to join us for a 3-month contract and work across portfolio management, compliance and a major software transition project.

The Role

This isn't your typical temporary Property Manager role.

You'll work across three key areas:

• Portfolio Management – manage an established portfolio approximately 2 days per week

• Compliance – work alongside our Property Managers to review and progress property compliance

• Projects & Systems – assist with our transition to new property management software, including data review, workflows and implementation

You'll have support from our administration, leasing and inspections teams, allowing you to focus on getting things done and helping us deliver a successful transition.

What You'll Do

• Manage an established portfolio approximately 2 days per week

• Work alongside our PMs to review and progress property compliance

• Follow up outstanding compliance requirements and actions

• Assist with reviewing and cleaning property and client data

• Support our transition to new property management software

• Assist with data checking, workflows, processes and implementation tasks

• Communicate confidently with rental providers, renters and suppliers

• Manage maintenance, arrears, rent reviews and lease renewals as required

• Pitch in and support the wider Property Management team during the transition

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years' Property Management experience

• Experience managing your own portfolio

• Strong knowledge of Victorian residential property management and compliance

• Excellent organisation and attention to detail

• Confident with technology, systems and property management software

• Strong written and verbal communication

• A practical, positive and solutions-focused approach

• Agent's Representative Certificate

• Someone who can hit the ground running

• Available to commence immediately or at short notice
