We are looking for a Site Manager to join our Modernization Team in Canberra, ACT. This person will administer and control projects across ACT and NSW, using their ability to manage people and resources, engage proactively with customers, and motivate and inspire their team. 

What will you be doing? 

·        Achieve KONE's safety targets by developing and maintaining a safety focused culture.

·        Ensure that work is carried out in line with clearly defined procedures and guidelines.

·        Manage performance and skill development of the team.

·        Effectively communicate with customers and subcontractors throughout the installation process.

·        Be an inspiring team leader who gets the best out of the others and always strives to exceed customer expectations.

·        Plan and organise the delivery and storage of materials/tools to the site.

·        Champion continuous improvement initiatives to optimise processes and drive positive outcomes.

 What are we looking for? 

·        Demonstrated experience managing projects at a site level 

·        5+ years’ experience managing a team

·        Relevant tertiary qualifications preferred - Construction Management, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or Trade qualifications are highly desirable 

·        Lift industry experience highly regarded.

·        Strong commitment to safety, quality, and compliance.

·        Excellent planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

·        Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

·        Customer-focused with the ability to influence positive outcomes.

·        High attention to detail and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

·        Current Australian Driver's Licence essential.

·        White card, asbestos awareness and silica awareness certifications.
