Position: Operations Support Agent
Location: Yandina 4561
Hours: Full-Time 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Monday to Friday
What You’ll Do:
- Provide customer service written and verbal.
- Troubleshoot customer enquiries via internal messaging platform
- Operate freight management system
- Assist with station scanning compliance
- Assist Operations Supervisors with station administration, scanning, filing, audits, etc
- Ordering station equipment and supplies
- Enter data accurately and assist drivers with delivery discrepancies
- Support contractor management compliance
- When required, operate forklifts to load and unload freight
- When required, sort and move freight within the warehouse (manual handling)
What You Bring:
- Previous administration experience in a fast-paced operational environment (preferred)
- Reliability and ability to work unsupervised
- Display initiative and a pro-active approach
- Strong customer service skills and a team-first mindset
- Proficient with computer systems including Microsoft excel, outlook, and word.
- Ability to adapt to various FedEx internal IT systems
- A valid forklift license or the willingness to be trained when onboard
