Project Administrator
Zenith Energy is a market-leading independent power producer that builds, owns and operates power stations across Western Australia and the Northern Territory in remote locations.
We deliver reliable power solutions for remote and off-grid operations, integrating thermal generation, solar, wind and battery energy storage systems.
Zenith Energy is seeking a proactive Project Administrator to join our Projects team and support the delivery of our major KCGM project in Kalgoorlie on a FIFO 2:1 roster
This role will suit someone who is highly organised, confident working across multiple teams, and comfortable supporting fast-moving project activity in a site-based environment. You will work closely with the Construction Manager, Project team, Procurement, Accounts, HSE and mobilisation teams to help keep project administration, documentation, procurement support and reporting on track.
About the role
As Project Administrator, you will provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support across project activities, including:
- Processing site delivery dockets and assisting with procurement requirements
- Supporting materials and equipment procurement
- Liaising with Accounts and Procurement to support project activity
- Assisting with HSE audits and processing required reports
- Coordinating with the mobilisation team regarding flights and site access
- Maintaining accurate project records, data entry and filing systems
- Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes
- Preparing, formatting and maintaining project documentation, reports and correspondence
About you
You will bring previous experience in a similar Project Administrator or site administration role, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy project environment.
To be successful, you will have:
- Experience providing administration support within a project environment
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- A current manual C Class Driver’s Licence
- Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance and medical clearance
Previous FIFO experience, mine site access knowledge, procurement system experience, Pronto ERP knowledge and exposure to HSE or audit reporting will be highly regarded.
