Project Information
ACCIONA delivers major infrastructure projects across Australia, spanning transport, water, energy and social infrastructure. Our portfolio includes some of the country's most complex and technically demanding builds. As a Graduate Engineer, you will gain exposure across live projects that shape communities. Every project gives you the chance to build real, transferable skills.
About the Opportunity
As Graduate Engineer, Electrical, you will support Site Engineers and Project Engineers to coordinate technical activities across designated projects, including engineering, inspection, scheduling, planning, survey and procurement. You will help keep projects on track for safety, time, quality and budget, while building your technical and administrative capability. This role reports to the Project Engineer and gives you exposure to every stage of the project lifecycle, from planning through to closure.
Key Accountabilities
- Coordinate technical activities across engineering disciplines
- Support project planning, execution and closure
- Monitor cost, time, scope and quality reporting
- Assist development and monitoring of engineering plans
- Adopt and promote digital engineering tools onsite
- Support HSEQS, logistics and procurement tasks
- Build strong working relationships across project teams
Qualification and Competencies
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering graduating between 2024 and 2026
- Organised, adaptable approach to changing priorities
- Genuine interest in digital engineering tools
- Ability to achieve a successful Pre-employment and National Crime Check
