About the Role:

At Arnott's, we're passionate about keeping our manufacturing operations running safely, efficiently and reliably. As our Asset Care Planner, you'll play a critical role in driving maintenance planning and scheduling excellence across our Virginia site.

Reporting to the Asset Care Lead, you'll be responsible for leading maintenance planning activities, optimising SAP PM work management processes, coordinating maintenance schedules, and ensuring maintenance resources, materials and documentation are in place to support operational success. This role is ideal for an experienced maintenance professional who enjoys working closely with operations, engineering and maintenance teams to improve asset reliability and site performance.

What Your Day Looks Like:

  • Build and maintain weekly, monthly and annual maintenance schedules.
  • Coordinate labour, materials and permits for maintenance work.
  • Facilitate planning and scheduling meetings with stakeholders.
  • Monitor work order backlog, schedule compliance and labour utilisation.
  • Maintain SAP PM asset data, maintenance plans and BOMs.
  • Support shutdowns, outages and capital project activities.

  • Proven maintenance planning experience in FMCG or manufacturing.
  • Advanced SAP PM knowledge and maintenance systems expertise.
  • Strong understanding of maintenance work management processes.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical capability and advanced Excel skills.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on reliability.
