You'll be mentored by an APA titled Sports and Exercise Physiotherapist with 8 years of experience across the AFL, NBL, and NBA — and surrounded by a team who hold themselves to the same standard.

Our client-base is largely an active population, with strong connections with local sports teams and medical referral partners.

What we are looking for:

·      You have at least 1–2 years of experience and are hungry to keep growing — you see every patient as an opportunity to learn, not just a booking to fill

·      You understand the importance of combining both exercise-based rehabilitation and hands-on manual therapy

·      You naturally connect with people — whether it's a 15-year-old footy player, a marathoner in their 40s, or someone who's never set foot in a gym, you meet patients where they are

·      You stay across the evidence and aren't afraid to challenge your own assumptions — you're the kind of clinician who listens to podcasts on the way to work and actually enjoys a good clinical debate

·      You take ownership of your caseload, think about the long game with your patients, and want to build something, not just show up

·      You go above and beyond without being asked — your patients feel it, and so does the team around you

Salary: $85,000-$125,000 – Base salary commensurate with experience, with commission structure providing strong earning potential above this.
