Not the worst experience however i would not return
The good thingsThe pay was good here and the autonomy aspect of the job allowed you to create your own schedule and connection to best support the service and staff.
The challengesI believe although the concept is great, the combining of trade-based workers supporting young people created gray areas where certain guidelines were not adhered to and the workers struggled to adapt. I also believe having the majority of the organization in QLD left NSW feeling very under supported
