What’s it like working at YEM Technology?

    AI summary of recent reviews
Employees at YEM Technology appreciate the company's strict focus on health and safety standards and the supportive colleagues they work with. The 2/1 roster arrangement provides full-time work with regular time off, which some employees value.

However, there are some potential challenges, including management that could benefit from additional experience and stronger support structures, particularly at the mid-management level. Employees have noted that resources such as tooling and materials are not always readily available, and there is ongoing pressure from mine site clients with high expectations. Additionally, there may be limited opportunities for skills development and some communication challenges on site.
