Nice people, poor work ethic and little to no support.
The good thingsSome of the employees were genuine people that I could get along with and was able to develop friendships and good working relationships with.
There was good flexibility where it really mattered.
The challengesThe culture could be a lot better and more support within my team would have been appreciated. I found I was left to deal with big tasks on my own so early on in my employment.
I also found I was being given tasks to manage on my own with very little background information, no real direction on how to do these tasks and very little to no support given when requested.
