There are far better places to work . Looking in from the outside is NOT what goes on behind the scenes.

The challengesVery fake and at times pretentious management with unrealistic expectations. Too much excess made resulting in a lot of waste .
Senior managers would ask “ what do you need / how can we help you “ and then do nothing about it .
Good are very much taken for granted and lazy staff just carry on . I couldn’t stand it anymore.
