Management doesn't follow code of conduct or core values. They support bad behaviour from team leaders, approving of bad toxicity to save their own jobs.
Many good people have left because of poor management.

The challengesManagers double standards and don't treat staff equally. Older staff get away with not doing work and Managers pass there work onto new staff who are expected to carry the load.
