    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees consistently praise Virbac for its excellent work/life balance and flexibility, allowing them to effectively manage both work and personal commitments. The people and culture are frequently highlighted as strengths, with colleagues described as friendly, supportive and hardworking, creating a family-oriented atmosphere. Virbac is recognised as a people-focused organisation that treats employees with trust and respect, whilst also providing development opportunities and interesting projects.

However, there are some potential challenges to consider. The geographically spread workforce can present collaboration difficulties, though virtual tools are available to maintain connection. Some employees have noted that career progression opportunities can be limited or slow, particularly within smaller teams. Management approaches may vary across the organisation, and some roles experience a high workload. Additionally, the company's technology systems may not always be at the forefront of innovation.

A truly Great Place to Work !
The good thingsGrowth opportunities, interesting projects, great people. Hybrid working, you can purchase up to two weeks extra leave, we have free Taronga Zoo passes, leader development, free pet products per quarter, volunteer days, 3pm Friday's finish. A great down to earth culture that is rare to find in a modern corporate workplace. Few ego's. Most people genuinely want what's best for the business and work together to achieve it. Great to have a global perspective with HQ in France.
The challengesIt's been just shy of 5 years and I genuinely look forward to going to work most days. Some systems and processes are outdated but there is a shift to modernize and it is slowly turning around.

Working here is energizing due to the rare corporate culture.
The good thingsThis company offers a truly flexible and family-friendly work environment, prioritizing output and results over rigid hours. My experience confirms they are deeply people-focused, fostering a culture of trust and respect by treating employees like capable adults—a refreshing and often challenging quality to find in the corporate world. The team is consistently motivated and passionate, which creates an energizing and highly motivating atmosphere for everyone.
The challengesThe remote workforce can be a challenge from a collaborative perspective, but in saying that the business is super connected virtually and people use the tools available to them to stay connected.
