The environment was negative, often toxic, and at times overwhelmingly stressful.
The good thingsThere was little to enjoy, as the environment required keeping your head down and following whatever the manager said. New ideas were not welcomed, and while people appeared to show concern, in reality they were unwelcoming and unsupportive
The challengesThe workplace is highly political, with employees resistant to new joiners. Management lacks experience, vision, and clear planning, resulting in wasted time and limited opportunities for learning. There is no proper structure in place, which makes growth and productivity difficult

Felt undervalued and unsupported the whole time.
The good thingsSome of the people working with me were nice.
The challengesEverything, absolutely no support or career growth. Working weekends and overtime.

I would not recommend working here to my worst enemy.
The good thingsThe other teaching staff were amazing
The challengesManagement and lack of interest in their staff. It was a horrible place to work towards the end of my 10 years. The expectations are huge and you are a casual staff member and paid for a certain amount of hours but you are expected to work 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
