What’s it like working at Urbis?

    AI summary of recent reviews
Employees value the friendly and supportive colleagues at Urbis, along with the modern office environment and interesting project work across diverse areas. The generous benefits, including social activities and free food, and training opportunities are also appreciated by staff.

However, there are some potential challenges, including salaries below industry standard and a demanding workload with long hours often expected. Some employees note that management approaches vary, with focus on productivity and revenue targets, and career progression can be slower due to the organisational structure.

    I’d consider other options.
    The good thingsLocation and office.
The challengesThe pay, culture, position structure and corporate environment. The pay is well below the industry standard and the work life balance and flexible leave arrangements are virtually non-existent. In terms of career progression, there weren’t many opportunities to advance within the organisation due to the position structure. In my experience, the way that the organisation tried to articulate the corporate strategy to each employee was not only insufferable but counterintuitive to our work. I also felt that the culture really dropped off given the high turnover of staff.
