    I learned a lot from Teletech and even 20 years later, remain close to a lot of the wonderful people I met during my time there. It was a wonderful and fun place to work.
    The good thingsIt was fun working here as there were a lot of campaigns and incentives offered for top performers.
    The challengesThe rotating roster was a struggle to stick to when you went from really late finishes to earliest starts.

    The challengesI remembered during that my first day, i dont have any idea how to handle the call, how to work in the call center industry, I was thankfully that they have 2 months training, and I pass the training, the challenges that I've incounter every call is different scenario, every customer different concerns, what I did during that time I continues to lear more how to handle and resolve and provide best resolution to the customer concerns.
