Bad and super bad. Don't consider TRANSGRID OR LUMEA
The good thingsFlexible and some good colleagues
The challengesMany staff act busy do nothing they manage to stay in good books of management. Hard working people are ignored. Lot of favouritism. Unrealistic Work load to those who choose only to work. Others just come to work for socialising and be I. Good books of higher up. Absolutely shows how blindsided are line managers. Don't be surprised if you work super hard and stay in same role for a decade while some favorites get promoted twice a year. Do not believe what's said in town hall, ultimately you will deliver that work while management is busy going to talk big in summits and seminars..
