great people, great attitudes and great rewards/benefits.
The good thingsGreat company to work for. Tradeware treat their staff really well. We are rewarded for our work and its genuinely a wonderful place to work.
All departments get on really well with each other and people are so willing to help and support each other.
Senior management and middle management actually engage with all staff no matter their level and are open to all suggestions and are approachable.
The Benefits and salary are good too. We get a bonus at Christmas time and when the company is doing well. Staff are recognised and rewarded which is rare these days and is really appreciated as you don't feel that you are just "a number".
The challengesThe workload can be overwhelming at times , but other team members always step in to help - you are never left to drown.
