The challengesNo training unless you count online on board 1st day. Supplier's answer questions on there products but internally zero sales training it's all about money. The business has franchise and company owned stores and no collaboration or accountability for crossing into territories. Poor customer service on warranty it's always suppliers fault. Bonus what a joke it's unrealistic, sounds great but 1 person can't do it all without burn out.
