    Too much work for not enough reward.
    The good thingsGood people who made it an interesting place to work. Some degree of autonomy relating to areas of software development which allowed for greater innovation would have been otherwise possible.
    The challengesAfter being bought by a venture capital fund, there was significant downsizing and outsourcing.
