What’s it like working at Tip Top?

    AI summary of recent reviews
Employees at Tip Top appreciate their colleagues, describing them as friendly, helpful, and supportive. The company provides free bread daily, prioritises safety and wellbeing, and offers decent pay with good penalty rates and overtime opportunities.

However, there are some potential challenges, including management and leadership practices that could be more supportive and responsive to staff concerns. Communication between senior management and staff could be improved, and staff shortages have created increased pressure on remaining team members. Employees also note that pay rates could be more competitive and that workplace morale has declined in recent years.

Bad place now - good managers have left
The good thingsWhen I first came I learnt a lot and continued to grow within the company. Previous managers were great and easy to deal with.
The challengesSite management has an agenda and bad mentality when it comes to respect for the people doing the jobs. Company is constantly changing our rosters making it hard to have a work/life balance here. Managers have no skills required to respond to arising issues effectively
