Worse place I have ever worked .
The good thingsThe work hours were good & going home at the end of my shift .
The challengesThe management including maintenance supervisors were ex- operators & had absolutely no idea or people skills . No support to maintenance team at all . Left to sink or swim & a very high turnover of maintenance personnel.

The challengesThe place is run by people who shouldn’t be in management, toxic management style, where you're made to feel easily replaceable with work often outsourced overseas, respect is non-existent, promotions and recognition are reserved for a select few long-time senior staff, and the environment is marked by high turnover, poor pay, and unrealistic expectations. Detailers are overworked, and their concerns are ignored to the point that they leave.
