    Really tainted and ruined my aspirations and goals for working in the entertainment industry
    The good thingsDiscounted events or free staff you work with are really kind managers are part of your team and don't micromanage
    The challenges- workload and expectations were unbelievably high for the pay rate (low) - During covid I was working probably 5 people's jobs at minimum. - management don't care about the stress felt no matter what they tell you - TERRIBLE organisational structure. 0 support if you need it due to small team. - customers always hate you. You have to have thick skin or you wont survive
