    The good thingsTelstraSuper has been a great place to build my career, offering valuable opportunities for professional growth and development. I was fortunate to work alongside knowledgeable, supportive and approachable colleagues who genuinely valued teamwork and collaboration. The organisation maintained a positive working culture, encouraged continuous learning and provided opportunities to take on new responsibilities. I particularly appreciated the flexibility, work-life balance and the trust placed in employees to deliver their work independently.
    The challengesLike many organisations, there were opportunities to improve internal processes, communication between teams and the efficiency of certain systems. Some processes involved considerable manual work, which could have benefited from greater automation and standardisation. Clearer career progression pathways and more structured professional development opportunities would also have been beneficial. During periods of organisational change, more timely communication and transparency could have helped employees better understand the direction of the business.
