Pressure from higher management to hit targets even with constant price increases and expensive mobile plans.
Constant threats of performance management but nothing happens and then to be replaced by someone from metro area that want needs to work regional for a Visa requirement.
Regional stores get no help.
Higher management rarely seen unless something isn't going right or your in a regional store.
Be prepared if in a regional store you will be kicked out by very minor things so you can make way for another manager in a Metro store needing to be regional for a Visa requirement. No care for regional stores or staff members.
