Strong Team Held Back by Weak Leaders
The good thingsThe only positive is some of the team – good people who support each other despite poor management.
The challenges Don’t be fooled by the shiny ad – Tassal talks about values and culture, but Mission Beach is very different. Leadership is weak and inconsistent, communication is poor, and staff wellbeing isn’t a priority. The role can be rewarding if you love aquaculture, but under the current leadership it’s soul-crushing.
