Don’t be fooled by the shiny ad – Tassal talks about values and culture, but Mission Beach is very different. Leadership is weak and inconsistent, communication is poor, and staff wellbeing isn’t a priority. The role can be rewarding if you love aquaculture, but under the current leadership it’s soul-crushing.
