What’s it like working at Strikeforce AMC?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Strikeforce AMC offers several positive aspects that employees consistently highlight, including flexible working arrangements that particularly benefit those with family commitments. The variety in daily tasks keeps the work interesting, and many employees value the positive relationships they build with colleagues and store staff.

However, there are some operational aspects that present challenges. These include tight timeframes for task completion, particularly for larger planograms, and opportunities to enhance communication processes. Some employees note that initial training could be more comprehensive, and the physical demands of merchandising work can be demanding when handling heavy items independently.

This company seems to be going to the pack, they don't care of staff, they arnt out in the field
The good thingsThere is now nothing good about this company as there was many years ago
The challengesToo many to name, but mainly the communication is very poor, you really are just a number, supervisors complain to team members about other team members, how do you think they feel when they find out. Supervisors don't take responsibility but lay the blame on the staff who are trying to do their best, frankly they don't care

Full-time positions are significantly underpaid relative to the workload and travel required.
    The good thingsWorking for Hallmark.
The challenges The rostering system is poorly managed, leading to constant stress for casual & full time staff. Employees are frequently pressured to rush jobs and meet unrealistic time targets, which affects quality and safety. Supervisors appear overloaded and underpaid for the level of responsibility they carry. Many work significant unpaid overtime on what is supposed to be a salaried basis. There's a strong emphasis from upper management on avoiding overtime payments (especially following recent changes to casual worker laws), which results in supervisors pressuring staff not to exceed shifts even by a minute. This creates a culture of constant monitoring and pressure over minor time overruns. Support in the field is often lacking you're largely left to manage on your own when issues arise. The overall mentality seems to treat casual employees as easily replaceable: if someone struggles to meet demands, hours are simply reduced and the role is readvertised. Staff turnover is very high!
