The good thingsStrata Data is a fantastic company to work for! Working for Strata Data gives you the feeling of being apart of a family, the support from Leadership and Colleagues is incredible. Nothing is ever too much trouble. They are a company who put a lot of time into the people with a large focus on self-development and the culture. They offer flexible working arrangements which is great to achieve a work life balance.
The challengesThere are a lot of pressures in the industry however management and the wider team ensure that staff are continually supported. There are well-being benefits in place to help reduce this and the social events and team building days help overcome the pressure felt.

The good thingsStrata Data is a fantastic company to work for with a focus on the people, culture and self development of employees. There is a fantastic work/life balance with flexible working arrangements provided to staff and ability to work from home up to 2 days a week. The people we work with are amazing and we all feel like a big family. Management and staff are always supportive and always willing to help out when needed. The Company also puts on great work & social events to make you feel valued.
The challengesThe workload can sometimes be overwhelming but the team are always willing to assist and support where they can.
