Incredible job for high school and university students.
The good thingsI began working at State Swim while I was a university student. The managers have been excellent in ensuring that every time my timetable changes, they give me new shifts when the opportunity arises. The community that we have at State Swim is fantastic, and so many friendships have been made.
The company is always open to helping however and whenever they can and is always looking for feedback to improve the working environment.
The challengesAs State Swim is a chain in the swimming teaching area, sometimes the managers can be swapped around. The more experienced managers may leave us to help another State Swim without much notice.
