The challengesThe staff turnover here is hard to ignore, and what’s even more concerning is how little it seems to be acknowledged. Middle management needs training in leadership and people management, and the culture can be incredibly toxic and cliquey. I’ve seen people cry while working here, which says a lot. Expectations are unrealistic, with big results expected on limited budgets and support, and there’s no overtime pay despite the workload.
