The good thingsWork/Life balance is good. "Lower level" staff are great to work with.
The challengesAlmost everything. There's is such a negative atmosphere and it's pure poison from the middle to the top with very few exceptions

A good experience turned bad over the years.
The good thingsEarly starts, a couple of good people, on site parking, flexibility, tasty truck everyday if you wish.
The challengesSome of the things I found difficult were the constant changes in procedures, little to no training in anything, always issues with someone or something, pay rises being quite small, constant stress and a stressful environment in general. I used to enjoy working here but the place has lost its spark.
