Silkwood School - so much potential, so little support, direction and continuity.
The good thingsThe students and their families are beautiful. There are also some incredibly dedicated and passionate teachers that you'll have the privilege of working with.
The challengesThere are no opportunities for progression and the low pay rates result in the school not always attracting high quality teachers. There is no continuity with learning programs and the support from management is minimal.
