    New Team! One Dream!
The good thingsSarens Australia have pretty much a completely new experienced team including Support Staff (Operations), Sales Staff (KAM's) and Management (MD & DM) so the problems in the past have been solved. The organisation is one of positivity and focus in building the business back up to where it should be as a world leader in Heavy Lifting and Transportation. Team vibe and morale is great and we have a very ambitious team and goals.
The challengesOffice facilities are a bit outdated however we are having renovations to improve. More product and technical training could be provided, especially to new starters who don't come from the industry.

The good thingsI have really enjoyed the opportunities my role has provided to work across different departments and gain exposure to many areas of the business. I have appreciated the opportunities for professional growth and development, including being given the chance to take on additional responsibilities and progress into new roles. I've also been encouraged to attend additional training and courses.
The challengesThere has been a lot of turnover in the business, but that feels like it is stabilising with the right people in the right roles.
