    Went downhill in recent years with no real support in personal growth. You are more treated as a number as mostly controlled these days by offshore bureaucrats.
    The good thingsStable company. Lots to learn. People there are typically good to work with. WFH opportunity. Good bonus structure for non sales people.
    The challengesNo growth opportunities as there once was. People who succeed in their roles have nowhere to go or grow and end up leaving.
