The good thingsFantastic work culture with great people that make the hours go by faster, creative monthly events and every fortnight on Friday there are tasty free drinks of all varieties. Great location with easy access to public transport. The job itself isn't terribly complex but learning, adapting and watching yourself improve gradually is fulfilling. The team leaders are great at helping your skills develop and are always happy to give advice. Overall groovy vibes and an excellent job to jump into.

The good thingsThis job is fantastic, Returnify have changed my life due to the fantastic workplace they have cultivated. The work is simple but rewarding and the people in charge are a joy to be around, and there is a vending machine. The good thingsMy experience working here has been very positive. The work culture at Returnify is fun and uplifting. There are always incentives to improve individually and as a team.
Training is always constructive and consistent. The team leaders here have always been very supportive and patient throughout. The skills I've been learned through one on one as well as group training have shown to be applicable to every day life which is great. They also have many opportunities to move into higher positions within the company.
The challengesInitially I found the work challenging due, however the support from the team made it easy to get out of my comfort zone at my own pace.
