The challengesWorkload at times can be a bit much but that's the norm within the evolving construction industry which is more focus on time and cost than benefit and quality. Other than that management and colleagues are always willing to help regardless how busy they are.

The management chain has drastically improved since I began in the role. The management 6 or 7 years ago meant the company was not as pleasant a place to work back then.
