What’s it like working at Probe CX?

    AI summary of recent reviews
Employees appreciate their colleagues, who are friendly and supportive, often forming meaningful friendships. The availability of work from home opportunities and flexible rostering provides some control over schedules. Additionally, employees value the chance to gain skills and experience in areas such as taxation and accounting.

However, there are some potential challenges, including inconsistent management support, with some team leaders focused primarily on KPIs. Micromanagement is frequently mentioned, along with pay that may not reflect the workload. Training can feel rushed, KPI expectations can be demanding, and staff turnover is high. Some employees also note that career progression may be influenced by factors beyond performance.

Horrible! Stay away from this company. Pay is stinks and the company sucks.
The good thingsSince I ran out of room below I’ll continue in here. Part 2: The pay itself is nothing but crumbs absolute crumbs! Barely reaching the poverty line. The impossible KPI’s is ridiculous for what they expect the agents to meet for little incentives. I got paid 26.70 an hour for the 2 years I stayed. If you value yourself stay there for at least 6 months to get a foot in the door of the work force and LEAVE. I promise you. Just LEAVE. Oh the constant turn overs. Hiring more people to fill in the spots because of the pay, toxic work culture and horrible management. No point making friends there if they leave. I feel like more people leave than there are being hired. They will literally hire anyone which I guess is good for first timers. Oh yeah some people get nosey and ask others about your business when handling personal information. Mind your business and do not but in! So many nosy people there, got nothing better to do than judge you. Working there is hell. AVOID, it’s a red flag
The challengesIf I could leave a negative 1 star review I definitely would. This job has given me so many mental health issues. Hopefully there’s no writing limit because there is A LOT this company could work on. Right let’s start with the culture. The people are ok when you’re new, they treat you well in the beginning but after a few months, they make it difficult for you to ask for the support that you need. They give you attitude and treat you like a nuisance, for even asking a question you may need help with. Don’t be floor support if you aren’t supportive or patient at all. Sometimes they tell you the wrong thing but approach you instead of communicating over teams so there’s no proof of that written communication and you take the fall for their misguidance. Always cover your back! Up skilling with little to no pay increase. Absolutely ridiculous. I got trained for a new set of skills and barely got an increase for what I have learnt. Especially considering for how much is required.

The company has potential, but the management culture needs meaningful change.
The good thingsThe company itself has potential, but the management culture is the main issue. Not a workplace I would recommend without meaningful change. Work-from-home options are available, and performance expectations and metrics are clearly monitored.
The challengesGrowth and development opportunities do not always appear to be based on performance alone, and there can be a perception that personal relationships influence who receives opportunities. Support from leadership is inconsistent. Some managers are approachable, understanding and supportive, while others can be dismissive or use a harsh tone during coaching. I trained colleagues who were then promoted ahead of me despite consistently high scores. Employees should feel comfortable asking questions and seeking assistance through the available support channels. Unfortunately, the culture can sometimes make employees hesitant or afraid to seek help when they need it. Pay is low relative to the workload and expectations. Overall, the workplace culture does not always feel supportive, and at times employees may not feel comfortable speaking up.
