Plant C has Very poor management, communication and teamwork, with constant confusion.

The challengesPlant C has extremely poor management and organisation. Work is allocated in the morning without proper training or clear instructions, leaving staff to depend on others on the floor. Within minutes, different managers or senior staff give conflicting instructions and move employees to different locations, only for the team leader to question why they are there. There is very little communication or teamwork between management. The constant confusion and poor coordination create a frustrating and unprofessional working environment.

The good thingsThe only enjoyment you will receive is from the relationships with customers and people you work with.
The challengesYou are basically stuck in a role when they hire you. If you think that after years of experience you will have a chance to step up or go for another higher position when it becomes avaliable forget it. They constantly go for the option to hire from opposition hoping that they will draw opposition customers to their side which rarely happends, but they still continue to trust and hire opposing assets than to promote their own. Antiquated sales system, also incompetent people in middle and I dare say higher management who have no idea what is going on at front lines nor do they listen. Only care is the bottom line numbers and that is it.
