The good thingsWorked with some really good store teams
The challengesEverything - unrealistic expectations, extremely high volume of stock but not enough covers provided to be able to get through it. No work life balance. Store teams worked incredibly hard, there was no recognition. Would have to work on days off due to lack of cover/support from upper management.

The challengesBring treated like a child by cluster managers and no follow up when told there will be. Claims of internal theft but no outcome communicate with store staff, just more confuse on how it fix stock lose. Upper management not accountable for their mistakes but quick to blame someone else. Just a # 🤮

The good thingsStaff discount, the clothing is nice and easy to sell, the customers are usually nice
The challengesManagement has no clue how to manage people. They don’t get any training and they are usually promoted from sales assistant. When there’s any conflict they can’t deal with it. There’s no support from upper management for employees. They back the manager even if they are in the wrong.
