I had a great experience working with Poole Group, I appreciate the support and guidance provided.
The good thingsFriendly bunch of people, for a big team I was surprised by how genuinely supportive everyone was. Positive work culture where everyone just wants to do their best and get the job done for the clients. We just went through a big tech change which is going to be really great for streamlining processes and taking the clunkiness away that the old programs had. The benefits provided are pretty good, I really enjoyed the 9 day fortnight which was offered.
The challengesCan't really think of anything in particular that could be improved, I've had a positive experience working here I am only moving on as I'm leaving the industry altogether which has nothing to do with my time at Poole Group.

Disappointed and let down.
The good thingsI really enjoyed the friendships that were forged here. There were some great people were met here that have also since left.
The challengesIt would be nice to see Poole Group live out the values espoused in their marketing. The place has a great deal of potential if principles were more than words on a Seek ad.
Leadership is a privilege, it should be merit-based.
