So far so good would be a summary of my time at PINQ thus far
The good thingsI have really enjoyed joining PINQ as my first OT job. The team have been really supportive and I have such a mixed caseload which allows me to find where my keen interests are and what I don't enjoy. From there we have been able to check in weekly to ensure my caseload is tailored to my needs and wants as a New Grad OT. I have thoroughly enjoyed the first few months at PINQ and the commission bonus is great when you receive it!!
The challengesAs it is remote working, it can be challenging to switch off the work mindset when you're off the clock as you work and live in the same area. It has been beneficial to go into the office or the local library to help separate the two areas.
