I did not have a pleasant experience working at Panthers Port Macquarie, I would not ever recommend anybody to work here.
The good thingsThe job was engaging and always kept busy whilst on my shift.
The challengesThe management team were very disorganised and were not professional in any sense of the word. I found myself many times frustrated with the lack of support and care when it came to their staff. Their disregard for confidentiality for their staff and members was appalling and should be investigated.
